I need meditation desperately!

Starting to loose control of myself a bit. got real home sick recently. missing loux2 and lee, lincoln, and the whole charmed bunch. i have no idea what has happened with eric. He sort of just faded away and now i've lost all sources of communication(figuratively and actually).
My brain is slowly frying. a little crispy on the outside but I'm sure i can peel off the crust and start all over again.
